We offer free pickup from our Wollongong Factory Warehouse or shipped to Jembaicumbene 2622 (for an extra cost) from our Wollongong Fishing Canoes Factory Warehouse. Our kayaks go through strict quality inspection and are made to meet Australian harsh climate. Since the start our focus has been to produce quality kayaks at reasonable prices. We make similar if not superior kayaks then big stores out there and offer them at price that most people can afford. I recently purchased a K2F Nextgen 11.5 from the Newcastle store, the service was great the staff are friendly and helpful. Really happy with my purchase but had a few issues with QC missing rudder pin quick fix staff at store replaced it. I contacted K2F support for a tear in the idler cable cover...fast reply and great customer service, I received new cable within a week. All issues I found with the Kayak were on it's first outing and now everything has been fixed I can't be happier with the Kayak. My son purchased one as well perfect from the getgo - Steve Algie
