These guys are fantastic - I bought a 3.7 metre fishing kayak but it was too big for me to handle so I asked to return it and true to their promotion there was not a question asked - so I bought a smaller one from them and am waiting for it to come. My life experience is that you get a true view of customer service when everything is not going well and on that score these guys are an 11 out of 10 - Paul

Easily saves you at least $300 by giving you a seat, paddle and rod holders as well as a perfect stowage space and all the fittings needed to do your own modifications. The absolute best as a first kayak purchase. You can stand up in them too. - Jeff C.

Initially contacted the Brisbane store to enquire about purchasing a fishing kayak as my youngest has developed a passion for fishing and a kayak allows access to "hidden" fishing spots. The customer service provided made me comfortable to go ahead and purchase the Eagle Blue Lagoon 2.5 seater allowing for the lead delivery time to receive the product. I was notified via SMS when the kayak arrived and additional pickup details. Since then we have already ventured out to the local creek/watering hole and canals at Bribie Island with no issues as it's a quality product and is very stable on the water. An added bonus is that the oars, seats, straps etc. were included as part of the package. They have also provided extra helpful tips via email to get you up and running on the water and other goodies that can assist with storing and transporting the kayak. Very happy with the purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others - ajay hart
