I purchased a kayak online and was advised it was on back order. I got plenty of notification emails and checking in from the site. It actually then came much earlier than expected and pick up was easy and the guys were very helpful.It came with the seat and paddle ready to go and was wrapped up well to avoid damage. Purchased a double kayak and found the site and people at kayak2fish great. Nothing was too much of a problem. I was missing or lost a fishing bracket mount in transit and it was replaced without fuss. Being of the older bracket I bought the above kayak seat and found it great. Shopped around and found most companies that sell fishing kayaks really had not much idea about usng them. Went back and purchased my next gen 9 and found the same level on advice.
