I ordered two kayaks well before Christmas to use on the holidays. Due to no fault of kayaks2fish the kayaks got delayed 3 times and delivery was due the day before they closed for the Christmas break. I was resigned to the fact that we would not be kayaking over Christmas. I received an email very early in the morning to say that the kayaks had arrived at the warehouse and I would be advised of when delivery to my place would be when they had booked it with the courier. They arrived that afternoon!Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent and the effort made to deliver the kayaks was outstanding. Great kayak, great service, great experience. I recently purchased a NexGen 10 MK2 from Kayaks2Fish at Wetherill Park. It was my first Kayak and I am now hooked. The boat is fantastic. Great service - kept up to date about delays caused by pandemic. Quick to reply about any queries. Took the kayak out Monday for the first time to practice getting back on (if I fall off). It's a Generation 10 mark 2. I struggled to tip it it's so sturdy! Great to paddle. Moved well in the water. Can't wait to go fishing on it!! - Bronwyn Lamb
