Kayak is very stable and comfortable, but not that fast, I suppose the two are mutually exclusive. Rudder system is not that effective, and the kayak is heavy to get onto the roof of a car, but overall very happy with the Kayak. I bought 2 x sea kayaks, one for me and one for my lad. Very happy with them, they have rod holders as well. I will say though, the supplied paddles are very basic and have a weak point. - Craig
