These guys are fantastic - I bought a 3.7 metre fishing kayak but it was too big for me to handle so I asked to return it and true to their promotion there was not a question asked - so I bought a smaller one from them and am waiting for it to come. My life experience is that you get a true view of customer service when everything is not going well and on that score these guys are an 11 out of 10 - Paul

My son loves his puffin pro, excellent sized kayak for his age (8). Service was outstanding even though delivery was delayed they kept me up to date with what was going on and why it was delayed - Debbie

This was purchased for my 10 year old. He is really happy with it. It's a great size for him now but will last him a long time. I have used it also and found it comfortable. So far he has not used it to fish he is just getting used to kayaking. Overall we are happy with the quality of the kayak and it seems like good value. - LeeLee
