The buying process was very easy. having some trouble getting the rudder to work correctly in the water. the chair is super comfortable however as it sits higher ir changes the centre of gravity compared to other kayaks I have used. After a couple of wet mishaps I think I have got it nailed. - Suzie Howie

Nexgen 11 is a great product and communication was perfect, informing me every step of the process. Only been on the water once due to a pedal that fell off because a nut had not been installed correctly. This was replaced without argument, which was great.Kayak performs exceptionally well on the water and more importantly, the raised seat meant that I didn't get a wet backside. - Tony Marsh

My kayak is very easy to manage by myself .The trolley which clicks into the kayak and then can be stored easily on it is terrific.The seat is very comfortable and there is good storage . - Diane

Sturdy, fun and easy to use. Ours is the two-person kayak. Has a bit of weight in it but worth the effort. Husband and I love it and it has been great for spending time with our grandkiddos as well. Happy with the efficiency of Kayaks2fish. Good value and easy, no fuss pick up. - Linda F
