I recently purchased the osprey kayak and have overall been enjoying it. As a heavier guy at 108kg and near the max user weight capacity of 110kg I still find it really stable and easy to use along with the paddle it comes with and it's my first kayak ever. I'm also able to lift it on my sedan by myself without too much difficulty given its lighter weight. My wife who didn't want me getting a kayak has also loved it. customer service was helpful also when it came to a small issue which we resolved. it's a great way to start getting into kayaking. - Denis Y

This review is for Nextgen 9 Kayak. Great service from the guys at the Melbourne warehouse, they even loaded them on the roof racks for us. The kayaks themselves are designed really well. We’ve been using them in the beach between mordialloc and Sandringham and they feel really stable on the water. They handle the choppy waters and playing in small waves but are better on a calm day if you want a long paddle. Make sure you tighten all the screws around the kayak before you use it some will not be tightened fully. The hatches are pretty dry too which is great, but you’ll want a dry bag for phone wallet camera etc. If you’re on the fence, just buy one they’re excellent value and a lot of fun. - Poopy

Having sold my large motor boat some years ago, and being a keen fisher, land based angling was my only option. Now I can reach places away from the crowds or that a cast just cant reach. Sooooo happy. Lastly my next gen 10 is a great product for quality and design and great service. Have recommended to others and will continue to do so. Will be purchasing another in the future. It has been a great kayak so far. Very stable and easy enough to fish from. Everything seems to be holding up so far. The only thing that is starting to go is the clips on the seat. - Kyle

The kayak is solid and well built. The 2 part paddle I thought would be flimsy but locks together and has no movement. I’m very happy with it. I’m too heavy and not the most stable on the kayak so I’ll be purchasing some stabilisers. - Michael B.
