purchased my nextgen10 during lockdown and it arrived within a week. very happy woth the service, althought if i knew i would have purchased the nextgen11, sadly it was too late to return the kayak as it was more than 30days after purchased when i started second thinking. in saying that, im still very happy with the purchase - Shayne Lai

Only just got my kayak but very impressed with how it goes in the water. Very sturdy, I had difficulty tipping it! Great service. Quick to answer any questions. Offered a refund when there was a delay due to covid. I have been offered a $30 incentive, however this is for good or bad review. Definitely giving them a good review. My Nexgen 10 very good for upper body workout. Found the paddle toggle annoying as it bangs on the side when paddling. Replaced it with light rope. - Jim M.

Pretty happy with my Triton bora bora it is perfect for going kayak fishing around Redcliffe & bay fishing. Could have a better quality rudder system like a stainless/alloy set up with all hidden cables and a BATTERY HOLDER ! Please in the front to hold large AGM batteries but other than that the product is decent quality does everything I need it to do Including holding a powerful 54lb watersnake top notch product Even friendly after sales support.
