Pretty good service right from the start. Rang the guys at Pt Adelaide had a chat with them made my purchase list over the phone. No worries all good. But Unfortunately I haven't been able to get on the water as I'm still waiting for certain accessories. But I have absolutely no doubt that these kayaks will change my sons and my fishing completely. Looking forward to getting out in my Nextgen 11. Still waiting for half my order (about a month)which is due to Austpost as I am in Northwest Australia. I would recommend using a freight company rather than post. Had a couple bits fail which have prevented me getting out but Kayak2Fish were quick to send out the replacement part. They have arrived but still waiting to get the rest of the order. Should finally be able to get it out when I return in a couple of weeks. - Les Fortescue
