Staff on phone online and in store/distribution point were helpful in everyway to get my purchase of a NextGen 10 MKII processed and completed in the minimum of time yet also made sure that I was informed about my choices and what was in the package. The staff at the distribution point even loaded my new Yak onto the top of my car. First trip was hassle free and scored some nice bream from the flats in Moreton Bay. The deluxe chair is worth the extra $ because you can stay on the water longer. The NextGen 10 MKII is also very easy to paddle and a good stable fishing platform. - Michael OLoughlin
