Good and friendly service at the warehouse. Able to actually sit in the kayak to make sure it was right for me before I purchased. I bought a SL01004 Touring kayak.I have only been able to use it once since I bought it but it was a joy to paddle. Stable and very comfortable. We bought 2 of the Osprey Kayaks 2 weeks ago for cruising around rivers and large lakes. We have already used them so many times as they are light weight jump in and ready to go. Great to have 2 dry storage compartments as well. Loved them from get go. - Alanna Moller
