I ordered 2 next Gen 9 kayaks and had a month before I was to go up the coast and pick them up. Unfortunately a week before I was leaving they called and told me that my colour was now sold out. I was very disappointed and had to drive 3 hours south to go grab my colour (that I ordered) in Newcastle instead. Then I had to go up to Brisbane because they didnt have my second colour in Newcastle. Fortunately when I went to Newcastle Ben was really apologetic and gave me a few free things. Although I havent gotten to use them too much yet I am happy with the quality of them. So other then the mess around at the warehouse I would still reccomend these kayaks! - Alex Hegg

We have just purchased Gen 9 kayak for my wife to use. Our criteria for a suitable kayak was that it had to be stable and also light weight for ease of handling. After our first use on Lake Illawarra NSW we are very happy with our choice. good value good service! - Rob Horner

excellent purchase easy traction and easy collection. The kayak is an excellent buy and the fishing version makes a better option for the storage available. Doesnt look any different to a normal kayak just more extras. highly reccomended. - Helen Clarke
