We recently purchased two of the Next Gen 10 MkII kayaksThe ordering online was a breeze and communication was excellent. We had to wait two day for pick up but that was only because we ordered on Saturday afternoon and couldnt get to the warehouse till Monday afternoon. On pickup the staff there were friendly helpful and gave us a few tip. Will be buying accessories from them soon. - Timothy Paynter
