What impressed me was the service your staff gave when we spoke to them. they were very good and helped my son when he picked up the kayaks from the warehouse. I havent seen the kayaks yet bit my son is stoked with the kayaks. one was his birthday present and the other is for my daughters birthday in August. I bought the next GEN 10 for its capacity of 175kg and its weighs only 23kg I can easily lift it on and off the roof racks by myself I found it to be very stable I was out in the wind and chop recently (yesterday)I was was extremely happy with how the Next Gen 10 performed I would recommend the Next gen 10 to all wanting to purchase a paddle Brett Chidgey
