What impressed me was the service your staff gave when we spoke to them. they were very good and helped my son when he picked up the kayaks from the warehouse. I havent seen the kayaks yet bit my son is stoked with the kayaks. one was his birthday present and the other is for my daughters birthday in August. I bought an Osprey 9 fishing kayak from Kayaks2fish for my first ever kayak I made the right choice. Ordering online was simple and the kayak was delivered to the pickup point on time. When I got it home I noticed a scupper plug was missing I got onto support and they sent one out in the mail straight away. The support from Kayaks2fish is great and they follow up to see if the purchase is good. The Kayak itself is awesome it is exactly as I read about on the webpage it is very stable on the water which is great for fishing in the bay or up estuaries. When I am ready to upgrade I will be going back to Kayaks2fish for sure but for now I am very happy with my kayak and use it often. - Paul Preece
