Good experience in purchasing the kayak. Was kept informed at all times and everything was in 1 package on pickup. Only minor issue was the opening hours for collection in Perth being Monday to Friday before 4pm. Had to take a couple of hours off work to go and pick up. Have only managed to get out once so far with my son and we had a fantastic time. The Eagle was stable even in some fairly rough water thanks to some skiers that got a bit too close and swamped us. Had to pull a couple of the bungs out to drain the water. Will be out again in the school HolidaysHad a minor issue with one of the handles having a slight manufacturing defect. Contacted Kayaks 2 Fish and a replacement was quickly sent out in the mail and was received shortly afterwards Overall I cant fault the service or build of the kayak so far - Chris Cochran

Had a bit of a problem with your competition to begin with but you came through in the end and I really appreciate it. Used the NextGen 10 today and it is amazingly stable and although it took a bit of getting used to with this being my first time kayaking I had an amazing time using it. - Bailey Lougheed
